About me:

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes on July 23rd 2007. In that year I have learned so much about health, nutrition and well being. Sometimes I think being diagnosed with Type 2 was the best thing that ever happened to me, I have managed to bring my A1C into pre-diabetes range. :) It's work, but it's manageable.
