I'm a 27 year old type 1 diabetic. I'm a painter, and a musician (I sing and play a little guitar). I work full time as a Nanny, and I love it, even though my degree is in art. Someday maybe I'll work in education. I've had diabetes for over 14 years and realized recently how much harder I've made it on myself trying to deal with this alone. I'm hoping to make some good connections here and get the support I need to keep going on those days where I just don't feel like taking care of myself.
